FINDING PRODUCTS

Q. I cannot see the product I am looking for.

A. We supply many other products that are not featured on our web site. If you have a specific requirement, you can email or telephone our customer service team, who will provide information from alternative product ranges.

SAMPLES

Q. Do I have to pay for samples?

A. All samples costing up to £2 are supplied free of charge. Samples costing more than £2 are non-returnable and will be charged. However, these charges will be deducted from our sales invoice for each product you order.

Q. Can I see a printed sample before placing my order?

A. In the majority of cases printed samples are possible. We must however levy a minimum print charge, which more often than not is cost prohibitive. We can supply you photo quality images of a product displaying your design. These virtual samples are often sufficient to enable you to make a choice

PAYMENT

Q. Do I have to make payment before delivery?

A. Our terms are 30 days from the date of our sales invoice. However, if you are ordering from us for the first time we require payment in full prior to delivery of your goods. For subsequent orders payment can be made after delivery.

Q. Can I pay by credit card?

A. No we regret we no longer offer this method of payment.

ARTWORK

Q. How can I obtain an acceptable file format of my design?

A. You may be able to obtain your design or logo from your marketing/design department or from your stationery supplier. We are unable to accept images form web pages, jpeg or bitmap files, as they are unsuitable for printing.

Q. How do you send my artwork or designto you?

A. You can email your logo to us. We prefer this to be created in the one of the following programmes; Corel Draw (with text saved as curves) or Adobe Illustrator (with text converted to outlines

Q. Can you design a logo for me?

A. Yes, we are happy to provide an artwork and design service. This is charged separately from our product pricing.

CORPORATE HOSPITALITY

Q. Do you provide vegetarian food?

A. We endeavour to cater for specific dietary requirements of our guests. Prior to the event you will be sent an information form to complete which includes a request for special dietary requirements

Q. When do I receive my tickets?

A. We do not send tickets via post. For security reasons tickets are handed to you shortly after arrival at your appointed hospitality suite.

Q. What do I receive with my booking?

A. We supply comprehensive event documentation comprising approx event times, travel directions, car park & hospitality passes

Q. What are your payment terms?

A. All hospitality events are payable in advance. Usually a 50% deposit with the balance becoming due within 6 weeks of the event date. We require bank transfer or credit card payments for all bookings made less than 6 weeks prior to the event date. Reservations are not secure until all monies have cleared into our bank account.
